South Eveleigh is a business and technology centre located in Eveleigh, an inner-city suburb of Sydney. In 2015, the site was acquired by Mirvac, initiating an architectural regeneration project that commenced with the construction of three new commercial buildings and the revitalisation of surrounding urban areas.

Aspect Studios spearheaded the transformation of the urban spaces, prioritising community integration and reconnecting the precinct with the surrounding neighbourhoods. The outcome is a dynamic precinct teeming with activity both day and night.
