Founded in 2005, Link Group has rapidly grown into a market leader in high-technology administration solutions, employing more than 7,000 people across 17 jurisdictions. Its clients include some of Australia’s largest pension funds.
Over the past decade, architectural firm GSA Group has designed multiple workplaces for Link Group across Australia, including its headquarters at 680 George Street, Sydney. In 2017, the building underwent a major refurbishment and extension while remaining fully operational.
The design emphasises openness, light, and flexibility, creating versatile spaces that support a mix of formal and informal working styles. General lighting throughout is provided by Laser Blade and Laser Blade Wall Washer luminaires, ensuring visual comfort and uniformity. Pendant IN30 luminaires illuminate workstations, while Reflex recessed fittings add warmth and focus in more intimate meeting areas. The result is a contemporary environment that balances comfort, adaptability, and refined architectural lighting.
